- Outsourcing Vendors
In order to promote access to the TOCOM markets by Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), offering front-end systems, TOCOM began to accept ISV application in July 2003. In addition to introducing each ISV's products and services on our website, TOCOM has supported ISVs by providing the same information available to TOCOM Members and by providing the test environment to access our matching engine, to ensure smooth system operations and product maintenance.
At the same time, TOCOM has also provided similar support to outsourcing vendors, which supply back office systems (however, until now, they were not presented on our website).
Thanks in part to providing information, ISVs and outsourcing vendors are able to rapidly adapt their products and services to any changes in our listed products, trading rules and system specifications.
After having decided in June 2007 to introduce a next generation system with trading functionalities in line with international practices and that delivers the world's highest performance, TOCOM selected a Package Software provided by Nasdaq OMX Group in December last year.
The next generation system is scheduled to be launched on May 7, 2009.
Accordingly, TOCOM will continue to closely support IT vendors by sharing information to ensure the effective use of software products and services available on our market by current and future members.
