<Spot Month Additional Clearing Margin>
* For the November 2008 contract of Rubber, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (JPY 37,500) shall be required on and after October 28, 2008.
* For the December 2008 contract of Gold (except Gold Mini and Gold Options), Silver, Platinum and Palladium, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (Gold: JPY 67,500, Silver: JPY 54,000, Platinum: JPY 150,000, Palladium: JPY 60,000) shall be required on and after October 29, 2008.
* For the December 2008 contracts of Gasoline and Kerosene, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (Gasoline: JPY 105,000, Kerosene: JPY 105,000) shall be required on and after October 27, 2008.
* For the December 2008 contract of Aluminum, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (JPY 37,500) shall be required on and after October 29, 2008.

<Price Limit>
* No price limit will be imposed on and after October 28, 2008 for the November 2008 contract of Rubber.
* No price limit will be imposed on and after October 27, 2008 for the December 2008 contracts of Gasoline and Kerosene.
* No price limit will be imposed on and after October 29, 2008 for the December 2008 contract of Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium and Aluminum.
