<Spot Month Additional Clearing Margin>
* For the May 2008 contract of Rubber, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (JPY 37,500) shall be required on and after April 24, 2008.

* For the June 2008 contract of Gold (except Gold Mini and Gold Options), Silver, Platinum and Palladium, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (Gold standard: JPY 67,500, Silver: JPY 54,000, Platinum: JPY 150,000, Palladium: JPY 60,000) shall be required on and after April 25, 2008.

* For the June 2008 contract of Gasoline and Kerosene, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (JPY 90,000) shall be required on and after April 28, 2008.

* For the June 2008 contract of Aluminium, Spot Month Additional Clearing Margins (JPY37,500) shall be required on and after April 25, 2008.

<Price Limit>
* No price limit will be imposed on and after April 24, 2008 for the May 2008 contract of Rubber, as well as the June 2008 contracts of Gasoline and Kerosene on and after April 28, 2008, and the June 2008 contracts of Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium and Aluminum on and after April 25, 2008.
