All of the rights relating to these indices, such as the right to calculate, publicize, utilize these indices and so on, are reserved by TOCOM. A licensing agreement with TOCOM is necessary if a company should intend to utilize the TOCOM Index and the TOCOM Sub Index to create and/or market financial instruments including, but not limited to, funds and index-linked bonds (including trading derivatives such as options, swaps, and warrants) and so forth. Such an agreement is also required to disseminate, offer, etc. the TOCOM Index and the TOCOM Sub Index to a third party, or to use them for commercial purposes. No licensing agreement with TOCOM is necessary for any private use of the TOCOM Index and the TOCOM Sub Index as indicators, etc. of trends within the TOCOM market. TOCOM Index

License Agreement

The TOCOM Index and the TOCOM Sub Index are intellectual properties belonging to TOCOM. All of the rights relating to these indices, such as the right to calculate, publicize, utilize these indices and so on, are reserved by TOCOM.
